Real Estate Rebate In Louisiana

The State of Louisiana does allow commission rebates at this time. We will give you a  20% rebate towards your closing costs when you buy or sell a home.

The Louisiana Real Estate Commission ruled that state laws “do not prohibit consumer commission rebates.” On October 26, 2021, the commission issued an opinion that reversed an earlier interpretation of these laws that banned rebates. Dec 15, 2021

The Louisiana Attorney General’s office clarified that real estate rebates are legal within the state.
