Home buyers who are currently in the market or considering buying a home can use our service to get a 20% commission rebate when they buy a home. We’ll place you with a full service agent from a leading local or national agency who actively works helping home buyers in the specific neighborhoods or zip codes in which you are looking to buy a home.
You’ll work directly with the agent who will provide you full service representation and guide you through the process of buying a home. Through our pre-arranged referral agreement, after you have closed on your home you will receive a rebate equal to 20% of the commission your agent receives for representing you on the purchase of your home.
Getting your real estate commission rebate is easy:
1) Complete the buyer form to the right, providing us all the relevant information for your home purchase plans.
2) Within 24 business hours, you will be put you in touch with your assigned agent from our network who actively works in the specific area(s) in whcih you are looking to purchase a home.
3) Your assigned agent will assist and represent you through the process if buying a home.
4) Within 2 weeks after closing you receive a check equal to 20% of the commission paid to your agent.
It’s really that simple. No negotiating with agents for rebates, and no limited, reduced or discount real estate services. You work with a full service agent from start to finish.
